I have been working very hard this month to get all of my business changes in place. My new blog and website are finally ready!  


This will be my last post on this blog.  You can now see my new blog at www.rhondaharrisphotography.com/blog.  If you follow me on google reader, don't forget to change your subscription so you can be notified of new posts.

7 days new: Twin Cities newborn photographer

Baby G was so precious!  I wanted to take him home with me.  His full head of dark hair, his beautiful blue-grey eyes and his chubby little arms made him oh, so irresistible! I could have photographed him all day.  Congrats and enjoy your sneak peak!

Happy Valentines Day!

I took these pictures of my girls in January.  We had fun rocking out to Disney music in the studio.  I love the shots of them together because it reminds me of when they are nice to eachother =).  I do quite like these little girls of mine!

9 days old: Minneapolis Newborn photographer

I love photographing newborns, and baby M was no exception.  He was such a good baby for his session and gave me some great shots.  His mom and dad adore him, and I can see why- he is perfectly adorable!!  Enjoy your sneak peak and congratulations on your little bundle- he is a joy!  

 

Sweetie in the studio: Minneapolis kids photographer

I discovered a wonderful place this winter.  It is called U-Click studios in Chanhassen.  It is a studio that can be rented by the hour.  When I first heard about it, I thought it was only an artificial light studio, but there is also a natural light studio!  Since it is too cold to shoot outside for much of the season, I am excited about this option.  If you are interested in having me take portraits in the studio this winter, email me at info@rhondaharrisphotography.com.

She's a beauty: Eden Prairie Portrait Photography

I am lucky enough to live next door to this beautiful girl!  Not only is she gorgeous, but she is smart and talented and my kids love her as a babysitter!  She was such a good sport on this shoot.  Even when she was shivering because of the cold and I kept saying "okay, just one more pose....", she kept her cool and gave me some amazing shots!  She was such a natural in front of the camera...even in 12 degree weather!

I am officially crazy.  It was 14 degrees outside during this photo shoot.  That does not include windchill!!!  I asked these poor souls to be my models.  You see, my cousin Melanie was in town and wanted to learn the ropes of a photo shoot because she hopes to start her own photography business soon.  When I asked the couple to do this for me, it was almost 50 degrees out and they agreed not knowing what they were getting into!  

Most sane people  probably would have cancelled it, but I couldn't let a great opportunity slip away....and just look at the great photos I got!  I am so glad Melanie came into town and gave me the opportunity to photograph this stunning couple.  They did an amazing job despite the cold!  Stay tuned for another shoot we did later this afternoon when it was even colder!
